THY Continues to Follow the Summit

THY became the second airline with 1322 daily flights in Europe.

According to the data of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL), between 23-29 August, the rise in European air traffic continues. On the said dates, 175,384 flights were carried out in Europe.

With the restrictions within the scope of Covid-19 measures being lifted to a large extent, Irish airline Ryanair has become the most flying company in Europe with 2 thousand 318 daily flights.

Turkish Airlines (THY) ranked second with 1322 daily flights, while Easyjet was third with 1186 flights.

Pegasus Airlines also ranked 9th in the list with 510 daily flights.
